Idaho's Central District Health says the main hantavirus concern in Idaho is Sin Nombre virus, carried by deer mice. A 2026 WSU study found signs of past infection in 29 percent of deer mice tested in the Palouse, though human infection is rare. The CDC says to seal holes and gaps. We seal first, then trap.
Penn State Extension says most colonies sit under sidewalks, building slabs, and large rocks, and ants enter through cracks in foundation walls and slabs. Small piles of sand near cracks are a sign. Baits carry the poison back to the nest, and it can take two weeks or longer to get control.
The CDC says Bti kills mosquito larvae but does not control biting adults. We treat standing water on your property and reduce resting areas. Canals and ditches usually belong to an irrigation district, so we help you contact them.
NC State Extension says yellowjackets often nest in underground cavities. Stay back from a nest and call us before mowing near it.
Most people in Spokane and Kootenai counties get their water from the Spokane Valley Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer, and the gravelly soil above it lets water move down quickly. We follow every label, keep products in tamper resistant stations, and tell you about any limits near wells, ponds, and ditches.
Homes, shops, barns, small farms, and storage facilities each need a different plan.
We treat living spaces, crawl spaces, attics, garages, outbuildings, and foundations.
We serve shops, warehouses, storage facilities, rental properties, and offices.
We serve East Greenacres and nearby communities on the Rathdrum Prairie and along the border: Post Falls, State Line, Huetter, Rathdrum, and Hayden.
